The people behind the extraordinary

Meet the team behind some of the world's most ambitious projects - and the question that started it all.

Who we are and why we exist

BecomingX was founded with a simple question: what does it really take to achieve extraordinary things? We spent years finding out - filming Presidents, Olympic champions and Nobel laureates - and then we put the answers to work: breaking world records with our clients, developing the workforces of some of the world's leading companies, and helping more than 100,000 young people achieve more than they thought possible. Today we're a deliberately small, senior team - and the people you meet are the people who deliver.

We deliver extraordinary outcomes

From world records and global campaigns to leadership programmes and digital platforms, our projects show what can happen when ambitious ideas are matched with expert delivery. We work alongside our clients from first idea to final result to achieve extraordinary outcomes.

We understand high performance

We've spent years getting under the skin of what drives high performance - learning directly from the world's highest performers, and drawing on hundreds of academic studies. That hard-won evidence shapes everything we do.

We do business differently

We believe success should create value for clients, communities and society. As the UK's highest-scoring B Corporation, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of social and environmental performance, and help transform the lives of those who need it most.

“We all have the capacity to achieve extraordinary things. It's never easy – and it's rarely done alone. We're proud to help bold organisations strive for more and take on their big challenges – improving their organisations, developing their people and maybe even changing the world. That's the work we do. That's who we are.”
